INDICATIONS:
• To calm the itching and discomfort associated with otitis.
• Chronic otitis, as long-term maintenance to prevent future recurrences.
• Simple acute otitis, particularly those in which the main agent is Malassezia.
• Coadjuvant therapy with antibiotics, antifungals or topical steroids in complicated otitis (ex: Pseudomonas).
• To restore the microenvironment of the auditory canal, creating an environment that favors its natural healing.
• Sensitive, irritated or ulcerated ears.
• Ears whose tympanic membrane is not intact (or is suspected).
• Preventive drying of the auditory canal (ex: swimming dogs).
• Bad smelling ears.

HOW TO USE:

• First application: 1. Clean the ear canal with an appropriate cerumenolytic ear cleaner. 2. Fill the ear canal with ABELIA® Zn-Otic. 3. Gently massage the base of the ear for a few seconds. 4. Let dry.

• Subsequent applications: administer, depending on the size of the pet, from 0.25 ml (5 drops) to 3 ml, twice a day.

• Maintenance: apply 1-2 times per week.

SECURITY: ABELIA® Zn-Otic is a very safe product in dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets and other exotic animals. The inclusion of zinc bound to the amino acids L-lysine and taurine (all three have wide safety margins) makes ABELIA® Zn-Otic effective without the extremely low pH or high boric acid concentration of other otic products; consequently, the incidence of stinging post-application is extremely low, so it is especially indicated when the ear canal is irritated or ulcerated. It does not cause ototoxicity even when the tympanic membrane is not intact. ABELIA® Zn-Otic does not contain antibiotics or corticosteroids, so it does not generate resistances, nor is there any risk of dermal or systemic side effects, even when used for prolonged periods. Does not interfere with allergy tests.
